This workshop is a practical and philosophical deconstruction of the mystic sound OM and its visual symbol. The workshop format is a two-hour, all-levels vinyasa class. Pranayama (breath control) and vocal techniques that facilitate maximum resonance of the body while sounding the OM are woven into the flow of the class. As a result participants begin to understand the great significance of OM as it relates to the tradition and experience of Yoga.
