Quotes from students...
I really loved taking your class last week. ...What a pleasure it was to be
your student. You have really become a solid teacher and I noticed how
comfortable you are with yourself, with teaching and with
sharing/relating to us the students. You clearly enjoy what you are
doing.

Eric’s athletic-based Vinyasa classes are a great option to have at lunch and I have really enjoyed his classes. Just last Wednesday, 5 of the 9 people in class were men so it appears he definitely appeals to a certain clientele. I have many teachers that I love at OF, but I will be sad to see Eric off the lunchtime schedule since I enjoyed his teaching style as another option. If there is any way you could you find a place for him at lunch it would be greatly appreciated.

I took a class taught by Eric from Seattle last night. He is AMAZING. When I realized Mia wasn't going to be teaching the class, I was disappointed (she's amazing too!) but within 5 minutes of starting, that feeling was completely gone. He is actually quite similar to Mia in that he has a soft, laid back, and yet incredibly strong style of teaching. The class was a fabulous workout, his instruction was gentle and very helpful, and his words and mannerisms provoked mindfulness. Thanks again.
